OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
 
THE OPPORTUNITY

This is an opportunity to join the team of one of North America's largest and fastest-growing logistics and supply chain installation companies. The Griffin Groupe is sourcing experienced Operations Professionals for our client company in this exciting growth industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Ensure compliance with organization standards and procedures
• Evaluate current operational performance, and support or recommend improvements to the Director
• Provide direction and guidance to internal teams/ departments to achieve performance targets
• Liaise between members, staff, and management to ensure smooth delivery of operations
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
• Recognize challenges, problem solve, and elevate where needed
• Identify problems in operations and work to resolve them in a timely manner
• Manage staff requests and concerns
• Other duties as assigned
• Ensure accurate and timely hourly employee time sheets for external candidates by review process and streamlining

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 

• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving
• The ability to work in a flexible work environment and adapt rapidly to change
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Management experience
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Demonstrated interest in our client company’s mission and values
• Knowledge of the Material Handling Industry is an asset
• Proven desire to innovate and continually improve processes
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide outstanding support to our tenants and visiting guests
