THE OPPORTUNITY
The Griffin Groupe Executive Search is sourcing SAP professionals for one of our valued clients in California.  The SAP HR Analyst will gather business requirements and deliver solutions for our client's SAP Payroll and Human Resource systems. This position will be located in Orange County, California with about 25% travel to China
SAP HR / Payroll Consultant
REQUIREMENTS
  • Working knowledge with production support and configuration experience of Payroll systems applications.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding of SAP Time and Payroll module
  • Configuration of wage types, integration with FI/CO, and the time/payroll schema.
  • Experience with multi-state and multi-branch locations.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding of SAP OM and PA modules, including configuration and setup for new companies and organizations.
  • Experience with LSMW, Infoset, Form Editor, Form Builder
  • Experience with writing test script/test case and perform testing
  • Must be flexible and adaptable in handling multiple and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated written and verbal skills necessary to complete assigned tasks.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0. Experience with enhancement pack 4+
  • Experience with OM/PA Global/International setup and configuration
  • Experience with HCM Security Role Design • ABAP knowledge and/or experience.
  • Experience with China HCM Implementation
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
JOB SUMMARY
  • Performs software configuration and development for SAP Payroll and Human Resource systems.
  • Manages team projects, timelines, documentation, and production support.
  • Ensures the delivery of technology solutions are on schedule and within quality goals.
  • Prepare and perform system testing
  • Manages cross training for the functional area.
  • Produce the necessary documentation.
