The Griffin Groupe is sourcing talented professionals for a valued energy client in Southern California.  This is an excellent opportunity to work with a $10B+ company that has been servicing customers for over 100 years. Come work for a team committed to creating smarter grids & cleaner energy. 
This consulting engagement is for a 6 month+ project. Candidates must be able to relocate in or near Rosemead, CA for the duration of the project.

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify reasons for low adoption rates for technology projects
  • Develop alternatives, present findings and recommendations, and consults with department, client organization, and/or corporate decision makers to increase adoption, usage and proficiency of key technologies.
  • Develop and implement technology adoption plans, including tactics that increase the adoption of targeted technologies. Tactics may include but are not limited to SharePoint content management, audience analysis, technology optimization, implementation of surveys, evaluation of user readiness, management of key stakeholders and risk mitigation tactics.
  • Make decisions or recommendations to facilitate significant or complex business issues after considering various independently analyzed alternatives coming from within and external to our client.
  • Assist with 2018 UNITE Benchmark by providing support to lead MPP1
  • Coordinate, track and consolidate UNITE surveys and participation
  • Coordinate 2018 UNITE Benchmark meeting logistics
  • Participate in all 2018 UNITE Benchmark meetings and document process
  • Design and publish monthly Todd’s Top Topics
  • Provide support to Technology Adoption and IT Performance team as needed
  • Collaborates with vendor to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe.
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures and products.
  • Responsible for developing strategies that support   business need for efficient and effective use of best practices.
  • Identify requirements, approach, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business need.
  • Lead implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set.
  • Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • The candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data and information.
  • The candidate will possess five to seven years of experience in the field of analysis.
  • Able to priorities initiatives by assessing business value for effort and develop options. 
  • 3-5 years of experience conducting systems or data analysis
  • 3-5 years of communications or change management experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to report out data trends and analysis
