Systems Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY
 
The Griffin Groupe is sourcing talented IT Professionals for a valued energy client in Southern California.  This is an excellent opportunity to work with a $10B+ company that has been servicing customers for over 100 years. This consulting engagement is for a 6 months project+. Candidates must be able to relocate in or near Rosemead, CA for the duration of the project.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary under direction of experienced Business System Analysts.
  • Competent to consider most business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment (include client company’s and specific application/system knowledge required)
  • Provide HRIS technical consultation to clients regarding HRIS needs.
  • Work directly with the HR business clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide possible solutions.
  • Other responsibilities will include business process optimization.
  • Conduct Intake Interviews for incoming request related to SAP HCM/HRIS.
  • Draft and complete requirements documents working with clients.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in conducting analysis of business requirements, system requirements, system design, and system test plans.
  • Typically possesses three or more years experience performing systems development activities.
  • Possesses knowledge of the development and support of client server applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to model, analyze, design, test implement, and maintain moderately complex applications.
  • Candidate must be client-focused with the ability to articulate the impact of technology to the business value.
  • Knowledge of data management required. Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • 4+ Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of: - Functional/Business Analyst related experience with SAP HCM(mandatory) - HRIS - Third Party Integrations - Hire to Retire Process - Understanding of SAP HCM Configuration - End to End Implementations - Experience working with third party vendor integrations - Requirements gathering and documentation skills
